Schedule date is based on first come first serve basis. After you have chosen your schedule date and completed the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email within 24-36 hours confirming your scheduled appointment, or in the case that your chosen date has been taken, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available date of your choosing.

Chrome deletes take approximately a day to complete. Drop off will take place and 10am and pick up at 6pm of the scheduled date.
